Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the role

Reef Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage daily collections, reconcile customer balances and support cash‑flow reporting for its operations in Riyadh. The role works closely with Finance, Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and efficient financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and record all daily collections from customers and branches in the financial system accurately and on time.
• Review cash, electronic and bank‑transfer collections to ensure correct accounting entries.
• Monitor customer balances, perform regular reconciliations, identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Prepare periodic accounts receivable reports, analyze aging of debts and present findings to the manager.
• Coordinate with branches, operations and sales to resolve collection or billing issues.
• Support month‑end closing by preparing collection schedules and reconciliation reports.
• Track bank deposit notifications and match them with recorded collections.
• Contribute to improving collection procedures and documenting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial operations.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
