Accounts Receivable Specialist – Hospitality Finance

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the finance function of its luxury hotel portfolio. The role ensures accurate recording, reconciliation and monitoring of hotel revenues and receivables while upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile daily hotel revenues from all operating departments.
• Ensure all revenue transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
• Collect, review and process guest folios and supporting documents from Front Office and operational departments.
• Prepare invoices and statements for companies, travel agents and other debtors in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Generate and review daily revenue reports and monthly accounts receivable aging reports.
• Reconcile accounts receivable statements and investigate any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Credit Department regarding collections, payment follow‑ups and account status updates.

Required profile

• Experience verifying and reconciling daily hotel revenues.
• Ability to prepare invoices and statements for corporate clients and travel agents.
• Proficiency in monitoring accounts receivable balances and conducting follow‑ups on overdue payments.
• Knowledge of generating revenue and aging reports and investigating discrepancies.
