Advanced Field Service Engineer – Process Automation

About the role

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer at Honeywell, you will provide high‑level technical support for Process Automation solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure successful project delivery for customers across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, deliver training, and travel to customer sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical scopes for LSS projects and deliver project objectives.
• Serve as the technical focal point for complex troubleshooting and resolution.
• Provide advanced support for Honeywell Process Automation (PA) solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintain project deliverables in line with Honeywell processes, quality, and audit requirements.
• Extensive mobilization to customer locations based on project needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Systems or related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of field service engineering experience with complex technical solutions.
• Strong background in Process Automation technologies and project management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and customer‑facing skills.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
