AFC Support Engineer – Technical Support

About the role

Indra Group is seeking an AFC Support Engineer to join its Technical Support team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on resolving advanced technical issues across software and hardware, ensuring high customer satisfaction and supporting critical defense and technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware problems for AFC systems.
• Provide detailed solutions and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve timely issue resolution.
• Escalate unresolved cases to L3 support or specialized teams as needed.
• Communicate clearly with clients in English and Arabic to maintain satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant technical support experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Java.
• SQL/database querying experience.
• Web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular.js or Node.js.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols and XML/XPath.
