Agile Product Manager

About the role

Systems Limited is looking for an experienced Agile Product Manager to lead AI‑focused product engagements. You will translate business goals into testable backlogs, define success criteria for non‑deterministic systems, and drive adoption once the solution ships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog for AI engagements, prioritising epics by value, feasibility and risk.
• Convert business outcomes into AI use cases with explicit acceptance thresholds.
• Run discovery workshops with clients to separate real problems from AI‑driven solutions.
• Define “good enough” criteria for probabilistic systems and manage AI assurance with clients.
• Plan releases across PoC, pilot and scale phases, including human‑in‑the‑loop and fallback behaviours.
• Prioritise data‑readiness and integration work alongside model development.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, unblock the delivery pod and maintain a single set of priorities.
• Manage scope, timelines and client expectations when model performance is uncertain.
• Lead adoption, training, rollout communications and measure real usage.
• Track value realization post‑launch and feed insights back into the roadmap.
• Secure responsible‑AI and governance sign‑off and report progress to leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• At least 3 years delivering AI/ML or data‑intensive products.
• Fluent in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Deep understanding of the AI delivery lifecycle – data readiness, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining.
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interviews.
