Agricultural Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Supervisor to lead daily operations of a date‑palm farm in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing tree health, irrigation, fertilisation, pruning, pollination and harvesting to achieve production and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily date‑palm farm activities and assign tasks to workers.
• Monitor tree health, growth, soil conditions and coordinate irrigation and fertigation.
• Manage pruning, cleaning, thinning, pollination and harvesting processes.
• Oversee pest and disease control programmes and maintain records of treatments.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture or related field.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience in date‑palm cultivation and farm management.
• Experience supervising farm workers and coordinating daily agricultural tasks.
• Good communication skills; English required, Arabic an advantage.
