About the role
The Agricultural Works Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, ensuring that all agricultural activities are performed according to technical standards and within the scheduled time frames. This onsite role requires close coordination with workers and a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise field workers performing irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and plowing.
- Monitor compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate schedules to meet project timelines.
- Report progress and any issues to senior management.
Required profile
- Technical, secondary, or agricultural qualification specializing in agricultural work.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in agricultural supervision.
- Strong knowledge of field operations and agricultural best practices.
