AI Engineer, Specialist

About the role

Nabeh, a subsidiary of Masterworks, is seeking an AI Engineer, Specialist to design, develop, test and deploy AI and machine learning solutions across computer vision, NLP, speech and generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, fine‑tune, evaluate and optimise machine‑learning and deep‑learning models.
• Build AI solutions for Computer Vision, NLP, Large Language Models, Speech‑to‑Text and Text‑to‑Speech.
• Prepare, process and manage datasets for model training, validation and evaluation.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise applications via REST APIs and support deployment on cloud, on‑premises and edge environments.
• Collaborate with AI, backend, DevOps and QA teams to move prototypes into production and monitor model performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Computer Vision, NLP, LLM and Speech AI knowledge.
• REST API development, SQL, Pandas, NumPy.
• Git, Docker and basic MLOps practices.
