AI Researcher – AI Architecture Research

About the role

Join a research‑driven team focused on designing the next generation of AI model architectures. You will explore novel machine‑learning approaches, bridge theoretical breakthroughs with production deployment, and contribute to high‑impact publications.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design, and evaluate innovative AI model architectures beyond traditional Transformer‑based methods.
• Investigate techniques to improve scalability, computational efficiency, training stability, and inference performance.
• Prototype and validate new architectures through rigorous experimentation, benchmarking, and ablation studies.
• Author and co‑author research papers for top‑tier conferences and journals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to turn research breakthroughs into production‑ready training and inference systems.
• Monitor emerging AI advancements and help define the long‑term research roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong academic or industrial research background in machine learning with a focus on AI model architecture.
• Demonstrated publication record in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, or arXiv.
• Hands‑on experience developing models using PyTorch or JAX.
• Ability to design rigorous experiments, analyze results critically, and communicate findings effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative startup environment with high ownership.
