About the role

We are looking for an AI Scriptwriter to create engaging short‑form entertainment content for mobile‑first audiences. You will shape digital storytelling by developing compelling narratives, memorable characters, and high‑impact scripts that resonate with modern viewers.

Key responsibilities

• Write scripts for vertical short‑form series, crafting episodes that capture attention quickly.
• Develop serialized storylines with clear character arcs, emotional progression, and dramatic structure.
• Create strong opening hooks and cliffhangers to maximize viewer retention.
• Generate ideas for new series concepts, formats, and storytelling approaches.
• Adapt existing stories into fast‑paced short‑form content while preserving narrative quality.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and editing teams from concept to final production.
• Analyze performance metrics (retention, watch time, CTR) and iterate scripts based on audience insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in short‑form entertainment platforms.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of storytelling principles, screenwriting techniques, and serialized narrative structures.
• Ability to build effective story frameworks using hooks, conflicts, and cliffhangers.
• Experience writing scripts for fast‑paced, short‑format content.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous scriptwriting or storytelling work.
• Understanding of trends in short‑form digital storytelling.
• Written English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
