AI Solutions Architect

About the role

First Point Group is a pioneering AI‑driven risk intelligence company expanding across the Middle East. As an AI Solutions Architect you will lead customer discovery sessions, design tailored AI solutions and deliver compelling demos, prototypes and proofs‑of‑concept. Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops with C‑level stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Design and present solution architecture for proposals and bids.
• Build and deliver demos, prototypes and POCs independently.
• Support customer success, identify expansion opportunities and optimise solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting or technical consulting.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with willingness to travel across the Middle East.
• Strong commercial mindset and customer‑facing skills.

Required skills

• Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Chatbots and Voicebots.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech‑to‑Text (STT) and Text‑to‑Speech (TTS).
• Hands‑on ability to create demos, prototypes and POCs.
