Airport Greeter – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Airport Greeter will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the Red Sea airport, representing Raffles The Red Sea’s 5‑star standards. You will welcome travelers, manage their luggage, and ensure a seamless transition from terminal to hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily arrival lists and flight details to guarantee presence at the terminal for every scheduled flight.
• Greet guests with a personalized signboard, using their name and a warm welcome in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Chief Concierge to arrange the correct number of hotel cars, ensuring they meet cleanliness and amenity standards.
• Assist guests with baggage handling from carousel to vehicle, loading items with care.
• Notify Front Office and Butler teams of VIP arrivals and maintain professional relationships with airport, immigration, and customs staff.
• Provide immediate service recovery for delayed flights, lost luggage, or transport issues, escalating complaints to the Chief Concierge.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel environment, preferably in Bell or Door services.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy luggage.
• Strong knowledge of airport layouts, hotel facilities, and local attractions.
• Experience in pre‑opening projects, scheduling, and document control is essential.
