Airside Modification & Minor Projects Manager

About the role

The role is responsible for executing small‑scale maintenance and modification projects within the airside area (Area 1) of Dammam Airport. It ensures projects are completed on time, meet quality and safety standards, and minimise operational disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to develop business cases, secure budgets and allocate resources.
• Coordinate daily execution of airside projects, monitoring schedules, budgets and quality.
• Allocate contractors and materials, oversee performance and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and security protocols.
• Manage scope, schedule or cost changes using Dammam Airports change‑management procedures.
• Prepare regular progress reports, maintain accurate project documentation and communicate status to senior management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, resolve disputes and ensure smooth handover at project closeout.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of project management experience, preferably in airport environments.
• Preferred PMP certification.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
