AMI Operations & Medical Education Coordinator

About the role

The AMI Operations & Medical Education Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and execution of medical education programs, scientific events and related operational activities. The role ensures end‑to‑end event logistics, travel arrangements, vendor management and compliance are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate medical education events, workshops and congresses from planning through execution.
• Manage travel logistics for faculty, healthcare professionals and internal teams, including flights, hotels, visas and itineraries.
• Handle faculty invitations, registrations, contracts and ongoing communication.
• Oversee vendor selection, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and ensure delivery of event services.
• Support compliance, legal, finance, procurement and medical approval processes.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, trackers, reports and event documentation.
• Coordinate presentation materials, content and overall event logistics.
• Track financials, report on expenses and perform post‑event reconciliation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in operations, project coordination, medical education or event management.
• Proven experience managing local and international events, travel logistics and vendor procurement.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational healthcare or pharmaceutical organization is preferred.
