Analyst - Capital Markets & Advisory (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

HSBC Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated Analyst to join its Capital Markets & Advisory team. The role supports Investment Banking Advisory, Debt Advisory and Project Export Finance activities, delivering high‑quality service to corporate and institutional clients across the private and public sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preliminary financial and commercial due diligence, ensuring accuracy of financial models and identifying investment risks.
• Create and analyse financial models, develop company valuations, and prepare client and management reports.
• Prepare marketing materials for client pitches, road shows and other business development initiatives.
• Monitor capital market performance, report market information, and flag project risks to senior leadership.
• Conduct research on market environment, policy changes and their impact on projects.
• Maintain KYC, conflict checks, closing files and departmental databases, ensuring proper documentation.
• Support directors in project planning, schedule reporting and escalation of potential delays.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
