About the role
As an Analyst at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change in Riyadh, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis for teams across the Middle East. The role supports policy development, strategic briefings and the creation of visual analytics to inform governments and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide research support under the guidance of the Research team, delivering timely and efficient analysis.
- Undertake original primary research and secondary analysis of academic and policy literature.
- Write policy briefings, research notes and media content for TBI representatives.
- Participate in planning and coordination of internal and external events and build a network of external partners.
- Analyse data and contribute to visual analytics and impactful social media content.
Required profile
- Fluency in Arabic and strong written English communication.
- Passion for using analysis to revitalize centrist politics and interest in global policy challenges.
- Ability to synthesize information, conduct quantitative analysis (e.g., household surveys) and produce clear proposals.
- Experience in think‑tank, government, academic or consulting environments is desired.
