Applications Development Project Manager

About the role

Devoteam Middle East is looking for an Applications Development Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex software products. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while driving digital transformation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close applications development projects using Agile frameworks.
• Coordinate technical resources, manage risks and track progress through DevOps and DevSecOps lenses.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, aligning expectations with delivery.
• Monitor project performance, resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent problem‑solving and risk‑management skills.
• Clear communication and documentation capabilities.
