AR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an AR Manager to lead our accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions while complying with regulations and internal policies. The role combines hands‑on accounting work with people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounts receivable, billing and invoicing processes.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including allocation, analysis and variance reporting.
• Develop, monitor and control annual revenue and expense budgets.
• Lead a team of accounting professionals, handling hiring, performance reviews and career development.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other finance functions such as accounts payable and general ledger.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proven experience in managing accounting teams and employee lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and solve routine business issues.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on cost and budget control.
