Arabic Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Arabic Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this position you will provide professional, timely assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers across email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes while maintaining clear, empathetic communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, track open cases, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high quality and communication standards, handling complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on product changes and policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently from a remote location.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a personal computer with an up‑to‑date operating system.
