Arabic Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Arabic‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to work remotely. In this role you will provide timely, professional assistance to Arabic‑language customers via email, chat or phone, helping to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when needed) through email, chat or phone, providing accurate product and service information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes and guide customers to solutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, track open cases and follow up to guarantee timely resolution.
• Maintain communication standards, handle complaints with empathy and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments, attend training sessions and stay updated on product and policy changes.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently from a remote location.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a quiet professional workspace and a personal computer.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
