Arabic‑Speaking Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Representative who speaks Arabic to join our growing EMEA team. You will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through multi‑channel outbound outreach and collaborating closely with MEA Marketing and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own inbound and outbound prospecting via cold/warm calls, email, social and account‑based strategies.
• Generate high‑quality sales‑qualified leads (SLQs) and schedule meetings for Client Executives.
• Conduct discovery conversations using the MEDDIC qualification methodology.
• Research target accounts to personalize outreach and identify key decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales‑engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, ORUM).
• Collaborate weekly with MEA and Global Marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Participate in local marketing interlock meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with local Sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Consistently meet monthly outreach, meeting and pipeline targets.
