Arabic‑Speaking Waiter/Waitress (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking waiter or waitress to join our restaurant team at an Accor hotel in Turaif. The role involves delivering food and beverage service in line with our hospitality standards and contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain correct grooming standards and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences, updating profiles and presenting menus proactively.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu, daily specials and beverage service, including appropriate glassware and garnishes.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, ensure service stations are cleared and restocked, and handle cash and financial procedures according to hotel guidelines.
• Monitor daily financial, LQA, TrustYou and Forbes targets and report any issues through the glitch system.
• Adhere to HACCP and FIFO standards, report maintenance needs and follow evacuation procedures in emergencies.
• Attend briefings and training sessions, and support other departments when requested.

Required skills

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
