Architect BIM Engineer – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Architect BIM Engineer will develop and maintain high‑level architectural BIM models for large‑scale projects in Saudi Arabia. You will translate approved designs into accurate 3‑D models, generate coordinated shop drawings, and support construction planning through quantity take‑offs and BIM‑based schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural BIM models (LOD 400‑500) using Revit, ensuring they reflect design intent, construction methods, and material specifications.
• Identify and resolve architectural clashes through BIM coordination, updating models after coordination meetings.
• Produce detailed shop drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and as‑built documentation extracted from coordinated models.
• Generate accurate quantity take‑offs and BIM schedules to aid procurement, cost control, and construction planning.
• Maintain model cleanliness, version control, and compliance with BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as an Architect BIM Engineer on complex, large‑scale projects, preferably hospitals.
• Experience working with Grade A main contractors.

• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Dynamo scripting capabilities.
• Advanced Navisworks proficiency.
