Architect – Design and Development

About the role

The Architect supports the design, planning, and coordination of architectural concepts across residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments. Working under senior architects, you will translate design intent into detailed drawings and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support creation of architectural designs, 3D models and presentation boards.
• Produce construction documents, schematic layouts and tender packages.
• Review consultant submissions and coordinate with engineers to integrate structural and MEP designs.
• Ensure designs meet local building codes, zoning and sustainability standards, and prepare authority submissions.
• Conduct design research, benchmark against global best practices and contribute to internal design guidelines.
• Participate in site visits, monitor implementation, address on‑site design changes and support post‑construction reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; professional accreditation preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in architectural design, detailing and construction documentation, preferably in real‑estate or large‑scale projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design principles and construction detailing.
