Architect – Design Implementation & Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to support the implementation of architectural designs across our projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of architectural designs, verifying adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP and other disciplines to support integrated project execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents under the supervision of the Senior Architect.
• Monitor on‑site architectural works to ensure design intent, quality standards and specifications are met.
• Support compliance with local regulations, codes and authority requirements.
• Assist in resolving design discrepancies and site‑related issues in coordination with consultants and the project team.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of architectural activities and updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design implementation processes and quality standards.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in architectural design and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• LEED Green Associate certification preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to review shop drawings and material submittals.
