Architect – Property Handover Management

About the role

We are looking for an Architect to lead property handover activities, ensuring new units are ready for occupancy and meet quality standards. The role bridges construction, project management and customer service to deliver a seamless handover experience for homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑handover inspections to verify unit readiness and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate handover appointments with customers, explaining unit features, systems, warranties and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare and obtain accurate handover documentation, ensuring all signatures are collected.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the handover process, addressing inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Liaise with construction, project management, quality assurance, facilities management and contractors to ensure smooth execution of handovers.
• Monitor unit readiness status and escalate critical issues that could affect handover schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in real‑estate development, construction, property management, customer experience or handover operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple handover projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
