About the role

We are seeking a talented Architectural Design Engineer to join our team supporting leading real‑estate companies in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating innovative architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects while ensuring compliance with modern design standards and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design solutions for residential and commercial developments.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, presentations and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and project teams to integrate designs and align with project goals.
• Review project requirements, regulations and design standards to guarantee compliance.
• Participate in design meetings, providing creative and technical input throughout all project phases.
• Maintain design quality, functionality and aesthetic standards.
• Modify designs based on client feedback and evolving project needs.
• Support execution teams by providing architectural clarifications when required.

Required profile

• Creative and detail‑oriented professional with strong experience in architectural design.
• Solid understanding of modern design standards and real‑estate project requirements.
• Experience working on both residential and commercial developments.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design intent effectively.
