Architectural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The role involves designing innovative architectural projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, functional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit and other software, adhering to local building codes and project requirements.
• Conduct site assessments to gather data that informs design decisions and ensures feasibility.
• Create detailed project documentation, including drawings and reports, to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to integrate architectural designs with structural and mechanical systems.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, tracking progress to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
• Oversee construction activities, performing site inspections to verify quality and compliance with design specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Ability to guide junior architects and interns, fostering professional development and maintaining quality standards.
• Strong client‑facing skills, engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and incorporating feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for accurate architectural planning.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations.
• Experience conducting site assessments and applying findings to design solutions.
• Understanding of sustainable design practices to enhance project efficiency.
