Architectural Engineer (Riyadh)

About the role

Dar Al Dawa is looking for a qualified Architectural Engineer to support its architectural projects in Riyadh. The role involves preparing design documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Saudi building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design specifications for company facilities and projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Support planning and implementation of construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
• Review technical drawings, material specifications, and contractor submissions for compliance with approved designs.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and adherence to approved budgets.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that architectural works comply with approved plans and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, safety requirements, and engineering standards.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates as required.
• Identify design or execution challenges and recommend practical, cost‑effective solutions.
• Support evaluation of contractors, suppliers, and technical proposals related to architectural works.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• Saudi nationals preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Valid professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit (advantage).
