Architectural Finishes Inspector

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Inspector – Architectural Finishes to join our Riyadh team. The role involves performing comprehensive quality inspections of paints, flooring, wall treatments, ceilings and other surface applications to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and Saudi Arabian building codes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of all architectural finishes and verify compliance with specifications, drawings and local codes.
• Document findings with detailed reports, photographs and written observations, and communicate results to project managers and contractors.
• Recommend corrective actions for non‑conforming work and verify that remedial work is completed satisfactorily.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, test results and compliance documentation.
• Perform material testing and verification to confirm finishes meet required standards and conduct final inspections for project close‑out.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience conducting quality inspections on architectural finishes in construction or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of finish materials, application methods and Saudi Arabian building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with construction teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software or other design tools.
• Familiarity with project management software and processes.
• Photography and digital documentation skills for inspection records.
• Use of inspection tools and equipment for finish assessment and material testing.
