Area Manager – Amazon Now

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead the last‑mile operations of Amazon Now’s ultra‑fast grocery service in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee a multi‑channel network of delivery service partners and third‑party carriers, ensuring fast, safe, and reliable deliveries for our growing customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale last‑mile operations across multiple sites and dark stores.
• Manage relationships with delivery service partners and 3P carriers.
• Collaborate with finance, DEX, HR, tech, product, and procurement teams to drive projects and innovations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Monitor performance metrics, control costs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Share best practices with regional teams and hold functional owners accountable for deliverables.

Required profile

• Self‑starter comfortable leading a large, complex network.
• Hands‑on approach with strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Proven experience in last‑mile logistics and multi‑channel operations.
