Area Manager

About the role

The Area Manager will oversee administration, compliance and operational excellence across multiple retail stores in Jeddah. You will act as a bridge between store teams and regional leadership, ensuring policies are followed, systems run smoothly and staff receive the training they need.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor administration activities in all locations and enforce company SOPs.
• Train store personnel on operating systems, manage till discrepancy investigations and support stock‑take processes.
• Develop, review and update store procedures in collaboration with the Retail Compliance Manager.
• Maintain and optimise SAP ECC.6 and other store systems, serving as first‑line support for system issues.
• Assist the Operations Manager with new store openings, including IT and administration setup.
• Ensure health, safety and security standards are met and support internal audit corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree is advantageous; essential knowledge of SAP.
• 5‑8 years of experience in finance, administration or store‑based operational roles.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical and communication abilities.
