About the role

The Area Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate sales activities across Taif, ensuring that operations meet company standards and business objectives. This role combines people management, operational oversight, and strategic planning to drive productivity and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support staff to meet performance standards.

Required profile

• Degree in business, management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of frontline supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
