Asset Management Senior Specialist

About the role

The Asset Management Senior Specialist will join Serco's Riyadh team to support the development of Saudi Arabia's National Operations & Maintenance Manual. This senior position provides proactive expertise across multiple government entities, ensuring best‑practice asset management processes are embedded and operationalised.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and benchmark global best‑practice asset management procedures for the new National O&M Manual.
• Support the Asset Management Expert in delivering strategic plans and responding to entity requests.
• Integrate thought leadership across complex contract deliverables within a matrixed organisation.
• Conduct evidence‑based research on asset management processes and systems.
• Maintain close working relationships with client stakeholders and partner consultancies to optimise O&M practices.
• Assist the Enablement department as a subject‑matter expert to enable effective asset management implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience on national or international major asset management initiatives.
• Recognised expertise in asset management standards and processes.
• Proven record of engaging a wide range of public‑sector and commercial stakeholders.
• Bachelor of Science or Engineering in an accredited engineering discipline.
