Asset Operations Intern

About the role

Keeta is looking for an Asset Operations Intern to support its fast‑growing last‑mile delivery platform. You will work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory management and smooth asset flows across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast monthly office material requirements and assist with inventory planning.
• Inspect incoming assets, maintain accurate inventory and device‑system records.
• Process outbound asset requests, obtain system approvals, and record serial numbers.
• Track asset shipments and confirm receipt by relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks, updating system records for serial numbers, quantities, and models.
• Support asset recycling and maintenance, including system approvals and device unbinding.
• Classify returned assets by condition (good, repair, scrap).
• Prepare weekly reports on inbound/outbound quantities, payment status, and device condition.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Previous internship or practical exposure in logistics, operations, last‑mile delivery, or asset management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and PivotTables.
