Assistant Chef – Culinary Team (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Chef to join our culinary team in Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help prepare high‑quality dishes, maintain strict kitchen hygiene, and support smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Support inventory management, including stock checks and ordering.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development.
• Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Assistant Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
