Assistant Chief Butler

About the role

The Assistant Chief Butler supports the Chief Butler in leading the Butler department at Rosewood Red Sea. Reporting directly to the Chief Butler, the role ensures seamless, personalized luxury experiences for guests across suites and villas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and leadership of the Butler team, maintaining high service standards at every guest touchpoint.
• Build strong guest relationships by delivering anticipatory, personalized service throughout each stay.
• Conduct suite and villa inspections to verify guest preferences, amenities, and quality standards.
• Lead daily briefings and support training initiatives to develop team capability.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Engineering, Transportation, and Concierge to execute guest requests flawlessly.
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively address opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
