Assistant Director Food & Beverage

About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support the leadership of its culinary operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. Reporting to senior F&B management, you will help shape strategy, drive revenue, and ensure the brand’s service standards are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute food and beverage strategies aligned with the brand’s business goals.
• Collaborate with direct reports to design promotions, menu items, wine pairings and special events.
• Lead regular communication initiatives such as pre‑meal briefings, staff meetings and culinary team updates.
• Monitor staffing levels, guest service performance and operational needs.
• Hold the F&B leadership team accountable for service behaviours and performance targets.
• Analyse internal and external business opportunities and address potential challenges.

Required profile

• High school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or Business with 4 years of experience.
• Proven experience in food & beverage, culinary operations, or event management.
• Strong understanding of brand service strategy and financial performance drivers.
