Assistant Housing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Housing Manager supports the Housing Manager in overseeing daily operations of team‑member accommodation at the Desert Rock resort. The role ensures that housing facilities are clean, safe, comfortable and meet company standards while providing a positive living environment for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Housing Manager in the day‑to‑day management of team‑member accommodation.
• Ensure housing areas are clean, safe, comfortable and maintained to resort standards.
• Supervise and guide Housing Coordinators, Attendants and other housing staff.
• Assist with allocation, reassignment and vacancy management based on occupancy and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of room assignments, occupancy levels, vacancies and transfers.
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping and security requirements for housing units.
• Address team‑member concerns related to accommodation promptly.
• Liaise with Talent & Culture, Facilities, Maintenance, Security and Housekeeping departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience in accommodation or facilities management.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior housing staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of health and safety standards in a hospitality setting.
