Assistant Human Resources Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Human Resources Manager to support the HR Director in delivering high‑quality people services across our hotel portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The role blends operational HR duties with employee engagement initiatives, ensuring our staff experience aligns with Rotana’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding front‑line hotel employees.
• Provide advice and counseling to staff at all levels on HR queries.
• Oversee staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
• Organise and promote sports, social and team‑building activities.
• Maintain and update staff notice boards with relevant information.
• Coordinate annual performance appraisals and follow‑up on development plans.
• Support hotel core committees to foster colleague satisfaction and teamwork.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication throughout the property.
• Apply disciplinary procedures when required and promote a positive conduct standard.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or related field, or a professional HR designation.
• Minimum of one year experience in an HR assistant or similar role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a computerized payroll system.
• Computer literacy (MS Office suite).
