Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable

About the role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead its accounts payable function. You will ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the accounts payable team to guarantee accurate and timely invoice processing.
- Review and approve vendor invoices in line with company policies and regulations.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date vendor records in the accounting system.
- Conduct regular audits of accounts payable transactions.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounts payable or finance.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong analytical attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
