Assistant Manager – Loyalty Card Sales

About the role

We are seeking a high‑caliber Arabic‑speaking sales professional to drive B2B growth for our loyalty card, partnership and gift‑card division across Riyadh and Jeddah.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital and partner channels.
• Identify and approach corporate clients, aggregators and distributors to grow B2B business.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, offers and presentations for corporate and partner clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with partners, especially B2B and corporate clients, and support onboarding and integration.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoicing and compliance.
• Work with Marketing to implement campaigns and promotions that boost gift‑card awareness and sales.
• Monitor partner sales performance, provide feedback and suggest improvements.
• Support daily operations of the gift‑card program, including issuance, redemption, reporting and reconciliations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Sales or a related field.
• 3–6 years of sales experience in retail, loyalty or payments.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage external clients.
