Assistant Manager, Medical Representation

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Medical Representation will support Nestlé’s Infant Nutrition portfolio in Jeddah by delivering ethical, science‑based detailing to medical and paramedical professionals. The role ensures accurate communication of product benefits and appropriate use when breastfeeding is not possible, in line with WHO and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and feeding practices to healthcare contacts.
• Promote Nestlé’s stance that breastfeeding is the best option for infants.
• Organise and support product‑knowledge, nutrition and scientific meetings, including sponsorship and guest‑lecturer arrangements.
• Monitor competitor activities, new products and communication strategies, reporting findings to the Medical Field Manager.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of contacts, calls and correspondence in the assigned territory.
• Compile and update a master list of contacts, classifying them by interest and importance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition or Biology.
• Previous experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
