Assistant Manager - Products (Platform Product Team)

About the role

Almosafer, Saudi Arabia's leading travel company, is looking for an analytical and driven Associate Product Manager to join its Platform Product team. The role supports supplier connectivity, hotel availability, booking reliability and supply intelligence, working with cross-functional teams to launch product capabilities and improve platform performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new hotel suppliers by collaborating with engineering and supplier teams, and understand supplier APIs, booking flows, pricing models and inventory structures.
• Analyze booking failures, supplier issues, API errors and availability gaps to drive improvements in booking success rate, supplier quality and platform reliability.
• Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and release documentation, and work with Engineering through discovery, development, testing, rollout and post-launch analysis.
• Take part in sprint planning, backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Build dashboards and analyze supplier performance using SQL, Excel, Tableau or similar tools, monitor KPIs and validate hypotheses with data.
• Use AI tools and LLM-based assistants to speed up product discovery and automate repetitive workflows.
• Partner with Supplier Management, Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Customer Support and Data teams, and coordinate multiple initiatives while managing risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• 3-7 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Platform Products, Data Analytics or Software Engineering.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working independently, in ambiguity and in fast-changing environments.
• Good to have: TravelTech, hospitality, OTA, SaaS or marketplace product experience, and exposure to hotel distribution, supplier connectivity, booking systems or pricing platforms.
