Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of Keemart’s brand and marketing plans across the Saudi market. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive customer acquisition, retention and overall brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, in‑app, OOH, retail, partnerships and other channels, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Support content planning and brand communication, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to produce locally resonant assets.
• Work with growth, commercial, product and operations teams on customer acquisition, activation, retention and promotional initiatives.
• Manage merchant partnerships, brand activations and local initiatives, handling briefing, execution and post‑campaign evaluation.
• Track e‑commerce, quick‑commerce and retail trends in Saudi Arabia, monitor competitor activity and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day coordination with creative, media and production partners, maintaining timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce, quick‑commerce, online retail, FMCG or consumer technology.
• Hands‑on experience in the Saudi market with strong understanding of local consumer behavior, media habits and cultural nuances.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and report on integrated marketing campaigns and brand communications.
• Solid grasp of digital marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, performance metrics, e‑commerce funnels and promotional mechanics.
• Strong project‑management skills, analytical mindset and ability to turn data into practical actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities; fluent English required, Arabic preferred.
