Assistant Outlet Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in delivering high‑quality food and beverage service. You will help drive guest satisfaction and profitability while working in a multicultural hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employee schedules according to forecasts and the manning guide, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned outlet.
• Assist in planning promotions, beverage purchases and pricing under the supervision of the Outlet Manager.
• Ensure sanitary conditions comply with health codes and hotel standards.
• Supervise daily operations to meet hotel and outlet standards.
• Identify training needs, propose programs and continuously train team members.
• Handle equipment correctly to minimise breakages and losses.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in food & beverage operations, preferably with basic supervisory training.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Professional, well‑presented and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Micros POS system.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
