About the role
We are seeking qualified and motivated academic professionals to join the College of Business at Alasala Colleges for the upcoming academic year. The position involves teaching, research, and student support within the HR discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Human Resources and related Business subjects.
- Conduct scientific research and publish findings in academic journals.
- Provide academic advising and support to students.
- Participate in curriculum development and serve on academic committees.
- Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation activities, including NCAAA standards.
Required profile
- PhD degree in a Business‑related discipline from an accredited university.
- Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Previous university teaching experience.
