Assistant Store Manager – Coffee Brand

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations of a busy coffee shop in Al Khobar. The role works closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth service, high product quality, and a clean environment while driving team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, and store cleanliness.
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory levels, place stock orders, and control waste.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets, upselling products, and improving store profitability.
• Support marketing promotions and in‑store campaigns.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B or coffee shop operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in coffee brands or café chains is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Al Khobar.
