Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will act as the right‑hand partner, ensuring smooth daily operations and stepping in to lead the store when the manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge across the team.
• Assist the Store Manager with implementing company policies, operating procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, leave requests, and address grievances.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase repeat business.
• Conduct regular audits of store administration and resolve any issues.
• Ensure security vigilance and adherence to brand policies at all times.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and product trends to the Store and Area Managers.
• Take full responsibility for store operations in the manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Fashion‑forward, well‑groomed, and up‑to‑date with current product trends.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a retail team.
