Assistant Trampoline Park Manager

We’re seeking a motivated and hands‑on Assistant Trampoline Park Manager to support daily park operations and help lead an energetic team. Key responsibilities

• Support the Park Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
• Supervise staff during shifts and provide on‑the‑floor leadership.
• Ensure all safety rules, procedures, and guest guidelines are followed.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance support.
• Help manage customer inquiries, feedback, and incident reports.
• Oversee parties, events, and peak‑time floor operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment checks, and overall park standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role (hospitality, leisure, or retail preferred).
• Strong awareness of safety, compliance, and customer service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable being active and visible on the park floor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
